Also I won't get my bike back till next month due to them waiting on that brake reservoir cap. I will fight them on this cause it is THEIR fault on that part.

If this doesn’t get resolved to your liking I would make a complaint to the BBB. Especially if they are a member, they HATE that and will usually try to make it right. If you also want to leave a lasting parting shot, tell the world about your experience on Google reviews (look them up on Google Maps). That’ll cost them future business. “Don’t get mad, get even.”

Also Facebook. My dealer is always wanting me to leave a positive review on Facebook. I don’t do Facebook but most dealers and clients do. My dealer does most of their advertising on FB. Also as big a dealer as the Triumph/Ducati/BMW I go to they do not have loaner bikes so hopefully your does.
