Greetings from ancient an Brit, I had a valkyrie--(F6C) version, that is.... a good bike.

What part of UK are you my friend? I was born in Studley and lived in UK 44 yrs

Im currently deliberating whether to buy a 1 year old bike or a brand new one, theres
only around £25 a month difference in repayments, so im tempted to buy a new one,
but it won't leave me with any money to buy extras for it like engine bars, sissybar etc.

Talking of VAT ,in OZ our slimey money grubbing Tax wasters are "thinking" "considering" "contemplating" putting the 10% GST (goods and services tax) on food not so bad if our struggling farmers receive it but if they can wangle it will go into the gravy train and mostly be wasted

Well small world Mike, I lived at 1108 just past the Garage on a Evesham road there by Yeoman's factory . And served my apprentice at Vulco a Springs and press work.Also attended the ridgeway school from 11 to 16 yrs old
Bet you know the scrap people in Studley Thomas Wattons that is my grandparents business ,was on Station Road there ,and I am still in scrap here in the states.

Yeomans gone ,Sabins garage gone ,propack gone ,Red lion gone ,Coach & Horses gone all houses now ,i have spent the last 20 years taking aerial photos of the village and local places from my Microlight (micromike1)have seen loads of changes ,if you ever need some pics i would happily email you some .

I have a friend who was born in church road and now lives in Texas ,you might know the Edwards gang in fact I grew up with Roy Edwards and its brother Brian who lives out here in Texas.
I had lunch last year at the Neville arms but did not go into Astwood Bank.
