just egging you on !!!!! I think to make the euro trip worth it plan 3 months..ideally june 15 till sept15 is best in any case minimum 2 months otherwise cost become prohibitive . you remember I was in france this past 3 weeks ...well to be a nice hubby I went to a painting gallery in Paris and chose a fine painting for my wife.
the gallery's owner tells me I knock off 600 euro if you pay cash basically 4000 in lieu of 4600 I said ok walked to the money exchange office changed $5000 for euros walked back to the gallery 12 minutes top and guess what on the way back I was pickpocketed clean !! I could not believe never felt a thing the cash envelope inside a zippered pocked GONE!!
did I ever felt stupid !
on a more current event I am booked at nels on may tuesday 31 at 2.00PM I had the shop that install the neville parts do a dyno run without any change I am looking at 172 BHP and 164 torque I hope Nels can improve these numbers because so far I am not impressed

I will give a call to Nels and see if I can squeeze in with you.
There is NO WAY I can be gone 3 months. Was almost cut-off for 6 weeks on my cross-country ride 2 years ago.

I understand ...I may do it for two months as well if I get static from the wife . generally she shows up three weeks prior to me returning and ride with me for the rest of the summer like last time .
we shall see what the gods of life deals us next year

three nights at Spearfish Creek Inn, SD (17 & 18, 19, check out 20)
one at Lovell, WY (20, check out 21)
two at Cody, WY (21 & 22, check out 23) - The extra night is so we can visit the world class museum.

The cheapest I could find. I have stayed there several times in the past for half that amount!
I do not know/understand why Cody rooms are such an awful rip!
Most of us are splitting costs with a roommate and I can sure see your problema!!!
@albertaduke had a B&B for $129 he want to get rid of, but me thinks it is only a single.
I can tell you the museum is awesome and well worth the time & money!
It has pretty much every gun made in its exhibit.
