I REALLY think it would be prudent as the first just did not have all the good choices.
Besides Maggie and Virginny are tied anyway.
You might even consider using "West, north" - "West,south" - "Central, north" - Central, south - "East, north" - "East, south" for headings.
Then do a State and town poll. Give at least 7 to 10 days for voting.
Just saying . . .
