Boys & Girls,
Here is the dope on our three hotels:

In Cortez: I spoke with Tiffinay - $111 for a room with 2 beds
Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites
535 East Main Street
Cortez, CO 81321
970-565-3778

Mexican Hat: I spoke with Donna - $130 for a room with 2 beds
San Juan Inn
Hwy 163 & San Juan River
Mexican Hat, UT
435-683-2220

Panguitch: I spoke to Kobe - will get lower price from manager
Canyon Lodge Motel
210 Main Street
Panguitch, UT 84759
435-676-8292

I have stayed at two of these places multiple times (not Cortez) and they are good solid clean rooms.
Mexican Hat is a scenic sob and overlooks the river.

Too funny! Wishbone and Mushy on Rawhide is probly a more accurate description. We are glad to help anywhere needed.
Karen & Dave, you are the hosts, don’t want to butt in, would you like help with the BBQ you mentioned? Tell us what you are thinking, Barbie is on the hook to supply a cow, so meat isn’t going to be an issue!

Too many threads with info spread about. It's already annoying me to the point of just not coming and doing my own thing.

Cortez Best Western - Sat & Sun nights
Mexican Hat San Juan Inn - Mon, Tues & Wed nights
Panguitch Canyon Lodge - Thurs & Fri nights
Saturday morning the run back to Bloomfield?

Woah there. I hope this is humor because I'll tell you these things are not easy to communicate clearly over the web to a large group.

Just 2 threads, Anthony.

"RAA WEST 2020" for information & chit chat.
"RAA WEST 2020 Sign-up" for just that.
As explained, sign up progress is to hard to keep up with in a huge thread.
Sorry this has confused you. The work of organising all this is not my full time job.

@WyldCFH Anthony,
I do have s PDF file that has absolutely everything on it.
If you want it, just PM me an email and I'll be happy to send it to you.

I'd sure like to attend this but I've got no idea where or when it will be. There are three RAA West threads but none have the time and location on the first page. I'd like to have the time to go through the 300 or so posts in the three threads, and checked quite a few, but I never came across a page like the one for RAA East, which gives all of the information in the first post.
