I watched the video from my gopro camera, it is great!!!
too bad i don't know how to post it, i will hire somebody smarter than me to do it, stay tunned

Nolton,
open another tab.
Go to tinypic.com
put the pictures you want to copy in a folder or leave them on your desktop.
Hit the "browse" button once you're at tinypic.
Select where you want it to browse from.
pick your picture.
tell it to upload now.
next you'll see four lines of code pop up.
highlight the second from the top.
hit copy.
hit the first tab again (this one)
paste your pic in your post.
Easiest way I've found.
sounds hard till you do it once,
then it's just easy as pie.
Apple pie that is.
