RAA 8 Spring Launch

looks good to me, I prefer the subdued rocket rather than the colored one.

I wanted a black rocket but it just didn't show well. Blue on blue would of been better since I am partial to blue rockets, somehow they just look faster.

Support Vehicle and other service

Since I am going down 7 day in advance the check the roads and routes and get everything ready for the weekend. Myself and Katie will be operating a fully equipped support Vehicle in the area on Saturday and Sunday. We will also be offering photography services at several of the main attractions in the area for members that want some Fine Art Prints of there visit.

The current plan is for Mrs. R3Tex to be following the Tx/Ok/La riders in my truck and pulling a trailer in case someone's steed comes up lame or my a$$ gets too sore so there is the possibility that it could pull double duty as a chase vehicle if someone is willing to drive it or the missus decides she doesn't want to hang off the back of the rocket for one of the rides. Under the bed cover it will have the usual conglomeration of tools that we won't need and is almost guaranteed not to have those we do if that helps.

Here is my proposed agenda for Friday.

1) Food - Meet and greet cookout Hamburger, hotdogs, chips, BYOB - we usually do this based on donations any money over the cost goes in the cooler.

2) Entertainment

Bourbon Tasting - Hosted by Steve & Katie - Hound Dog Motorcycle Tours

Secret Ride Presentation - Hosted by Wayne Bush - America Rides Maps

Music, Bon Fire, and a adsorbent amount of adult Beverages - BYOB there will be a community cooler and Transportation to make beverage Runs.

I also need a volunteer to coordinate the door prizes for Saturday night And a Treasury / Beverage Committee coordinator to handle the donations. Because By this time of the event I will have become highly unreliable but somewhat entertaining.
