I went heavy duty and I weigh 200. I had to tighten them a couple of turns.

Does anyone know how to "reset" a set of progressives. I mean - say someone twists the 440s to different settings on each one and forgets what they were - how would that person turn the 440s back to the same settings on both?

As you wind them down rings are exposed on the shock. If you have same number of rings exposed they are the same.
I weigh 21 stones and have HD springs and the top of the collar you wind down is lined up with the second ring. This is great for solo and two up coz it's just right for pushing it when solo and makes it more comfy for the passenger if I don't adjust when she's on and the handling doesn't suffer coz I don't push nearly as hard with her on board.
