got up this morning and the bike would not start again got home this evening and the dam thing started so what gives wont start in the morning but will after i get home in the evening going to disconnect the battery tommorrow if i get home early enough to see if that might reset the ecu

If the lights come on and the gauges sweep and the idle stepper motor operates it sounds like you may have a sensor problem. The kickstand, clutch and gear sensors will prevent a start. The delta morning to night is likely temperature (unless you garage stays the same temp all day). The change may be enough for the faulty unit to make ground. You can also check you crank angle sensor and clean it (3 minute job). You could also bypass the kickstand, clutch and gear sensors one at a time to see which one might be causing the problem. Just take the power lead to ground and that satisfies the interlock. Check out the service manual for details on wire coding.

ok first i want to thank uall that posted trying to help me
found out the problem last night simple and dumb on my part when working on my fog lights sunday had to disconnect the plug from the tank so i reckon when i put it back on did not get the plug all the way in so im back on the road again and happy :)

A beer to wash down the feathers from eating a little crow is a lot better than a towel to sop up all the tears that hit the floor when you write the big check for unecessary repairs.
