Potential Problem Looming

A few days ago I turned the key on side stand up bike in neutral gauges all lit up as normal clutch in hit switch nothing, kept playing around for a few minutes finally bike started up, no more problems for a few days then today same thing. Could this be connected to the clutch switch or the side stand switch. If so are these items stock items at Triumph Dealerships? :cry:

My fist rocket did the same thing
(north of san-francisco on US 1 with no cel phone coverage on the side of the road ««2 feet of gravel»» )
until the soldering corrosion ingnition swith connection main cable cut it self out at 30000 klm ....to much twisty road i gess
If you relocate the switch you won't have any probleme
If not you have to put a ty-rap to prevent any mouvement from the cable arness inside the switch

The soldering corrosion defenitely a risk factor on our bike specialy in FL

Clutch switch for sure. I spray wd40 on mine monthly.
