Now if you are a true believer in Triumph you have to go to the Vintage weekend at Barbers Museum in Leeds AL.
Triumph sponsors the weekend and you will see every bike except HDs well you will see a couple but they are few and far between, this will be my fourth year in a row and it is brilliant so come along and show your true colours. Oct 7-8-9th

would love to but 5000 miles return is way out of my league ..

I plan on going again this year. Last year I saw only one rocket in the in the sea of thousands of motorcycles that were there! I believe Triumph USA allows Triumph bikes to park in the grass lot behind their display tent, which saves a lot of walking. When are you guys going?

I will be heading up on Thursday oct6th and staying thru Sunday to hell with the chicken wings become a member and eat for free all weekend.

They usually do but why it is easier to park at the entrance and use the tram system if you are walking any distance it is only because you want to.

Be like going home for me -- being one of the slower boys from Alabama (though they say, you can never go home). Was last there when I graduated from college in May 1981.

Where do you stay while there ? Too late to make arrangements ?

never thought of it that way !! that trip I will miss it
but next year I will put low pressure balloon tires and ride across the atlantic spending june july and some august across spain and france ( again) or maybe fly to frankfurt from calgary me and the beast.if I cannot fit fat tires
