Guys I was checking Ecu and Pcv this arvo and I ran through the tests

I am showing only 82% at full throttle so where has the other 18% gone,
Is TuneECU reliable and true in this reading ?

Not much adjustment left on the cables but I dont see how I can recover it there..

TPS I havn't touched yet..... but better get some new cables.

Any ideas or advise please
:)

Could you not just remove an air filter, twist the throttle and look? Assuming that you have triple filters that is.

Thanks TR
I serviced it last w/end and didn't notice any probs with the linkage during operation.
But I will recheck tomorrow to be sure.. I was really wodering is TuneECU was acurate.

Your cable hasn't slipped out of the little groove inside the grip has it mate ? That would give about an inch play and probably stop it from opening 100 percent ? Mine came out once . Might be worth a look

Dont think so mitch, no play in throttle..
I was going to lift the tank to today but fitted the floor boards etc..
Maybe when I did the work on the service.. greased all connectors.. I was just thinking perhaps a cable is stopping its travel.

Anyway thanks mate Ill get under the Tank and have a good look.. your saying TuneECU is pretty good so must be something else.:(
