They do look great, but I'd cover them with the claw I think.
Of course if Raask had put the claw on then you wouldn't be able
to see much anyway.
As far as rain goes.. they would fill up if parked, but riding would not
be too much trouble unless you were in a monsoon. I assume that
naked K&Ns can have some problems with rain too, at least if left
uncovered.
I sometimes have to park in the rain, IF I put the stacks on, I'd be sure
to cover them up when parked. I wouldn't want a bird to cpap in them.
I don't think there's any way the bearclaw would fit with those things mounted. The front two maybe, but no way would it clear the rear one.
I wouldn't worry too much about exposed K&Ns if they're properly oiled. A monsoon type downpour might be a problem but anything less shouldn't be a big deal. I would clean and re-oil if they got very wet just to be safe.
The best idea is to cover those stacks with properly designed and crafted water-proof "Raask" covers when the bike is parked- this will prevent any water to gather in stacks and deter the water from interfering the engine operation.
BTW: Raask should be offering something like that.
