I agree Joker, the new Touring model looks like a Harley Roadking with a R3 engine.
. The reduction hp is not worth the small increase in torque. I'm going to hold out for a used Blue and white Classic with some accesoires and maybe add any touring stuff I might need. Question is, should I sell my TBA for a downpayment.

and not yet Captain. I understand a desire to get a good deal.Joker mentioned TuneBoy. I'm not saying Tuneboy will be the answer to the 08 power reductions. But I'm willing to bet it will; unless the engine has taken on an entirely different dimension and stroke. There are a couple European distros of the R3 that are choked at the groin on HP, somewhere around or at the projected output of the 08 These too can be tuned with Tuneboy.
Spybot was/is a utility on the wife's machine. And she uses it in tandem with SuperAntispyware. The former is no longer FREE.
Allow me to tell you about SuperAntispyware FREE as well as AVG AntiVirus Free. I use the former on my newest machine (HP ZV6100), and have since upgraded the later as a paid subscriber, on three machines (2ea HP V6X00s as well as a servier, all AMD 64s), final cost $15 per year per machine. Finally: Windows Defender, which is a resident utility of Widows
Vista can be downloaded and function with XP machines. This is MS's answer to further corruption of Vista, not that it needed help. I can find the direct link if necessary? OK just get the rocket. i know you want to keep the TBA cus it has been good to you but i got to tell ya i talked about it for 6 months. someone made a smart..."tailed" comment and i bought one that week. haven't looked back i had a 97 shadow that i loved and i didn't put one mile on it since i got the rocket so i sold it to my dad for cheap. but just do what you got to do, if your a biker you cant help but love the rocket. if your not sure, drive one. not sure if you said you had or not, if you have then drive one again.

Lets getter back on thread...Go get the bike. Quit whining. Put the America in the corner, cover it up with a bike cover and uncover and wax it once in a while. That will make you feel better. You ain't gonna ride the America any more anyway. It's just like my Bonnie. I tell myself I'm gonna ride it and I don't and if I do, it's just around the block. I'd sell the sucker but I got so much moolah in it with the sidecar and all the custom made ****te, I'd never get 1/2 of what I spent so I just keep it waxed, tires aired fuel tank full (I siphon it out for the lawnmower) and when people come over. they gawk at it because it's really neat but, I'd rather ride the Rocket because it's neater. When I cack out, it will most likely be in the estate and someone like Pigger will buy it and the cycle will start all over again.
