Newbie from Mandurah WA

A little about the bike,
Its a 08 standard with 8500klm. The previous owner changed the bars, put on floor boards,
crash bar and jardine pipes.
My plan is to leave it as is for a while and then super charge it next summer

Low milage. Nice find. I'm sure you will enjoy as is untill you make it a real rip snorter w/addition of SCharger.
 
Welcome Kel. Some of us are still in the "ride it like you stole it" mode several years on. There's no cure apparently.
 
You have come to the right place - a couple of Perth boys have blowers, one was with us yesterday.

Probably March sometime for the next group ride if your keen - meantime I'll keep an eye out for 240 section 'signatures' from all the traffic lights 'round town

Welcome from another newbie Kel, this is my first Rocket, went today for my first country ride, Did mandurah, waroona, serpentine damm, etc back to Joondalup. 360 Kms. I must said that I quite enjoy it, great fuel consumption for a big beast, did 300 ks with 17 litres, not too bad I suppose?. Look forward meeting you guys in the near future.
 
I done a few Hundred klms today myself, serpentine dwellingup area. I notice the low fuel light comes on when Ive only used 17 litres. I only got 180 klms on 17 litres tho.
Could ride this bike all day everyday, no worries
 
I will be in for sure.
Def going to get it blown, my mates turbo v rod needs putting in its place
