Ride
2009 R3, 2004 Yamaha FJR1300, 2002 Honda VTX1800C...
Bought 2009 R3 standard about 4 months ago. Still doing some fine tuning for the bike for my needs.
I own and operate small motorcycle shop in East Texas.
I have owned lot of bikes in my past 20 years, mainly big cruisers (VTX1800C, M109R). I like cruiser style but I also need all the power in the world. This is the reason I ended up buying R3. R3 makes me feel that now I have THE MOTORCYLE. I am amazed how well R3 handles on curvy back roads.
I just can't wait weather to get warmer to be able to put more miles on my R3.

The '09 Standard is easily the best model made. You can trust me on that. Totally objective.
Welcome aboard. Good to have another truly intelligent member. ;)

Welcome from Dallas Texas. Since you're not that far from me I'm actually in the Frisco city limits. Maybe I'll see you riding out there sometime.

Hey forklift...I meet with a bunch of old ugly geezers for a monthly breakfast club at Poor Richard's in Plano. A few of us own motorcycles and if the weather permits, we take a ride after we all get through with breakfast and lying to each other. If you're interested in attending, just e-mail me at melyarbrough@yahoo.com. There are a few prerequisites to attending. You have to a be a little on the ugly side and be able to lie like a champion. Also, if you're prior military, the Frisco American Legion has a motorcycle group. They're meeting this Thursday evening and I plan on attending. It will be my first meeting.

Sounds good I meet all three of the criteria that you set. Oh I'm sorry that's a lie I wasn't in the military. Sounds good I'll email you. No really I will.
