New dynojet info

I do not know if this is new info, but I received this Email from Dynojet today. Well hell, I lost the link. Anyway, Dynojet has a new ignition module unit for our Rockets. Check out their site.

We've been talking about hotter cams on the T-Bird forums. This would require timing and fuel tuning on the dyno. And it turns out that DJ has the ignition module (as well as the PCV). The cams, however, are non-existent in these parts.

I received an email from dyno jet, I got the impression the is a new PCV for Rockets allows the ignition advance adjustments, am I right there.

It is an additional module but yes it does allow adjustments and the info on their site does not explain in detail but I think it is something that should be only used by experts using a dyno to avoid a disaster

For old guys like me who can't hear worth sh** anymore, a dyno will be mandatory. I used to be able to tune and hear pre-ignition. Not anymore.

yeah and electronic ignition has a lot more adjustments than the old centrifugal mechanical advance where you just gave it a twist to give it a bit of advance and as I you put it so well we used just do it by ear with some really good results... I do miss something's about the older machinery but I don't miss the amount of extra maintenance time it involved

"Why BUY the Dynojet module when TuneECU is free?" Because some folks are too old, too busy, too mechanical, hate messing with electronics, and would rather leave it to the pro's.

Did any of us follow up on the idea of installing the OE factory O2 sensor along with the Dynojet AT O2 Sensor to give idle AFR control and maybe more upto 2000rpm ?

Anybody ask Dynojet if it would be compatible with PCv?
