Hey guys. So an individual ran me off the road on my 06 Rocket a few weeks back. The insurance company said it will probably be totaled. Slightly good news for me since parts are on back order from triumph for 3 months. Anyway, found an 05 black rocket on craigslist for 6600. Has 16,000 miles, saddle bags, heated grips, gel seat, back rest, and no scratches ect. Do yall think this is a pretty good deal? Talk him down a few?

Yea, my 06 needed the torsion bearing replaced. I had an 05 at one point wth no probs.

2005 (July 2004) model with 58,500 miles. Would get on it and ride anywhere tomorrow..

My 2005 (bought in February 05) now has 74k miles, no major problems, had to replace the ignition switch, and the oil tank O rings, other than that just regular maintenance. I have had the paint can rattle off and on since 10k miles. I gave up worrying about it years ago.

Sound good guys, I think Im sold on the bike...for the third time. This will make 2 05s and 1 06.
