Need help with removing throttle housing on handlebar

So I want to replace my handlebar. Was disappointed to find that triumph uses a fake 1" bar. But I still want to proceed; however I'm having issue with removing the throttle housing. There is not enough space to unclip the throttle wire. Only thing I can think of is to unscrew the bottom housing but the screws on the bottom appears to be some kind of security screw. To me it looks like security bolts on a screen door that is designed to only be driven in and can't be unscrcrewed, only cut out.

I've seen 1 or 2 on here who have switched their bars. How do I unclip the throttle wire and/or remove the bottom piece of the throttle housing?
