So I just got my service done at my dealer. I have to ride 2 and a half hours from my home and it's all highway. Mix is up and down hill with a majority flat with miles long rolling hills. Everyone often asks what's the miles per gallon I can expect. Will here you go. This was a very spirited ride home.

The image is from the Triumph app used in conjunction with the Triumph comms module. The comms module is really awesome. The maps portion, Triumph partnered with Google maps and put back features Google maps tool away. The dash layout while small is equal to Beeline but with far more data available.

So about 36 US MPG. Not bad--2 better than I've averaged (which includes city). My best ever was 44 US MPG (55 UK MPG), and we averaged about 75 MPH (121 km/h) at a largely steady pace. (The return trip was about 90 MPH (145 km/h), and my MPG dropped to 38 US MPG).

From viewing the screenshot in the original post:

What a stupid GUI choice to have a huge red button that looks like an "action" button. An action button is the most prominent button to move a user to click it, usually a default choice or a promotion of a feature. Here is demands to forget the bike... Just a horrible location and prominence.

It's not an average... its UK gas milage vs US milage. 56 mpg is what I was getting.

This screen is not part of daily activity... its just a status page. While I agree with you... its actually not bad.
