Can someone who has the McCruise with the plastc computer mounted on the right send me a photo of where you fed the computer plug from the actuator to the computer? The plug will not fit between the engine and engine mount on my R3T, or I am doing something wrong :D

Thanks,

Rick

My computer is in the air box, but I would be happy to as soon as @HansO returns it, or you could PM him with a specific request

I sent pics and a vid but mines on the other side so he needs better pics for the right side

This is one of the problems of trying to work on something on the weekend. Not to mention the time difference between Michigan and OZ. So far nothing really seems too complicated just ltlle things that need clarification. But it is frustrating when you have the time to do a little work and then run into little issues such as this.

Thanks but will stay with mounting on the bikes computer.

Hope like heck I do not strip the throttle cable since I rook the nuts completely off and now need to screw them back on over the factory crimp. Hard ro tell if you are, going back on straight with the crimp.

Yeah...I ran the nut over the starter thread half a dozen times, but it don't help much

Went to attache the vacuum line and McCruise did not include the T in the kit. Try finding a 3mm by 3mm by 4mm T in a rural area!!! Not a happy camper!!!!!

I think I drove Joesmo crazy bugging him about running cables:D Paul was a lot of help with that. I was just so frustrated that my mind went blank, with the computer being on the right. This is really not that difficult. Weather has not helped with the cold only spending an hour or so in the garage and a couple days off.

Now...the T screwup.

Will have to call a couple places in TC.

i remember seeing on the back of the throttle bodies there were three rubber caps covering three tubes connections(you might want to make sure that it is main vacum). my personal opinion is that would be a good spot to make the connection. i also think that it would have very little effect on the map and the computer.
