Have any of you had any experience with maxi scooters..i like the new yamaha Tmax.
It's just been upgraded with bigger engine and lots of new cycle parts and i believe
that the previous model was quite good..how about the Suzuki 650 Burgman any views
on that..i'm aware that the new Bmw 650 GT is about to be released but i think that
BMW have slipped back a little bit with their build quality and i don't know if this is true
or not but there is talk on another forum that it's a rebadge Kymco from Taiwan
At the moment it looks like the TMAX will be sitting next to the Rocket
Any input would be appreciated..thanks in advance

Not a fan of maxi scooters, however....

I had my bike in the shop and the loaner was a yamaha 400 scooter, can't remember the name? princess or something..

A bit miffed I took the back roads home to stay out of sight.. Gave it a fair cranking not really expecting much, the ride was a bit sterile with the big screen etc.

I glanced at the speedo at one stage not expecting that I was doing 160kph

The little bugger flew and I felt nothing?, like sitting at the cafe having a latte...

Still don't want one
 
don't pull up next to a Bergman and expect to smoke 'em at the green light.

You can get a lot of bags of groceries in the underseat storage box. just say'n.
 
Out of all the big scooters the Tmax is the king of them all, \
I see myself riding one some day they have plenty of power, in fact they have enough to outrun some big full size bikes.
All that is according to the tests performed by Cycle World and Motorcyclist magazines. Wish i still had the mags to post the specs.
 
Buy the scooter by the time you have twenty mirrors installed on both sides and the whole body chrome plated(quadraphenia baby) you will look the bees knees riding down the street with your parker on.
A pal of mine has a 650 scooter and that thing can fly, is this to save on petrol?
 
All scooters should be burn and kept off the road, and I don't like the pieces of **** far to dangerous.
