It rides longer better than the Rockets for position and comfort but it is the bags and wind management where it really excels. It's pretty fast after the cam, pipe and tune but it is a bit loud. Long trips require this beast.
 
I really like my two Rockets but they just are not set up for touring and carrying all the things I like to have. Since I have other bikes set up for that I can not stand the thought of "gobbing up" my Rockets. I only live 125 miles out of MV but I will need clothing and a jacket. And libations.
