low idle and now high idle

Has anyone had this problem and what can i do about it through triumph.
When it started out I had a very low idle wouldn't hardly stay running. took it into the shop. done the first recall second time in the shop then the shop told me they had a recall on the recall. so it went to the shop for the third time. then I went on a trip to the Florida keys. When I got down into Florida the bike started to run very high idle up to 3 grand. when i got back i took it to the shop for the forth time and now they tell me that running the bike after the triumph manufacturer's adjustments that the number one header pipe is running so hot that while it is running it is orange from running so hot. yes i run my bike a lot i have had it for a year and a half and have put more than 18,000 miles on the bike i love it so would someone tell me what i can do. I don't know if they have hurt the motor or not but I think that triumph should replace the fuel system in the bike and possibly now replace the motor as well.

Bronco, there's a handful of us out there with this problem and a thread that has tracked our experience - seems like the new tune Triumph loads along with the Recall is very sensitive to the slightest thing being off-center in the sensors (DC Rocket had his fixed by a couple tweaks to different things, others have replaced TPS sensors, etc.) Thus far Triumph does not recognize this problem (and if it is just tweaking the various inputs, probably never will).
