Update,
Triumph tell me they have 100 + smart keys on back order. PEKTRON the key and software company still blame covid bollocks.
Sent 2 new fob keys, will not program to the bike, so bike back with Triumph, who say it now needs a new ecu to allow new keys to work

Here I am to the rescue! Not
Mine was not working correctly for AZ yr, then dealer said we will figure it out. They did. Software needed to be "flashed". Fixed. Tell your dealer this.
Did I just jinx it?

My bike has been flashed 3 times in 4 weeks. The loss of the key seems to have complicated the issue, Triumph quote " Did you not stop when proximity light came on " ie my fault.
The facrcthe light had been on for months appears not to be Triumph problem. Generally **** service from Triumph UK , I mean Tiawan as thier built there now.
