Since the last part of April 2012 Ive been hanging out at the local Dr's and hospitals and it seems not to end but Ive taken a ride today on my 2012 R3R finally. As of Nov 29 2012 Im cancer free for now now anyways. Had heart fib too to go along with the bone and adrenal gland cancers in lymphoma B 4th stage,so I guess I'm lucky to be here at all now.,, Then im on one of those heart medicines too long for the A fib or however u say it and now I have a good dose of pulmonary fibrosis and home on oxygen,my Dr wanted to do a biopsy on the old lungs but he says hes afraid Id not live through it,I told him I think Ill pass on that biopsy for sure..Somewhere along the way I picked up a couple aneurism"s in my abdomen area too, gotta keep a eye on them things too,So,today I loaded up one of those small oxygen bottle's in one of my bags on the bike and we took a ride after many months of wondering,,and I still love it.,,Hope this finds all here in well condition. Have a great day. Just ticked to be back and breathing and riding. Sorry for the vent, but I'm pretty lucky so far. BTW,this all came about from me trying to get a bone to bone knee replaced,it didn't happen.

Glad your still with us mate and all the best to u I hope your around to enjoy your bike for a lot longer yet . Kind regards Mitch

I can relate

7 major surgeries for me so far over ten years. Total knee, total hip after a repair and months in traction, all unrelated injuries. One minor deal from crashing my rocket 2 yrs ago.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift, that's why it's called the present.

Good to hear you're up and running and got a ride in ...this getting olds not for the faint hearted that's for sure. Lucky we're pretty battle hardened by lifes ups and downs by the time all this health sh!t comes a knocking on the door .. enjoy every day as they say... you just never know ;)

You da man Keith. WOW sounds like you've been to hell and back! Thanks for you're story it's good to know others a bit more personally. Glad you're through it.

Hey Keith, keep riding and keep getting better. I love hearing about people kicking the crap out of the Big C.
