I cut the jardine mufflers down to ''amputee's'', sounded bloody brilliant..

That looks good. I like the looks of jardines but I always thought they had to much upsweep. Upswept pipes look too japanese to me. Cutting them has taken that away What kind of seat is that? Looks like a Metcruze?

Yes its the metcruze seat..

I like the looks of that Metcruze saddle! No doubt, it would feel right at home with my Aussie-made mad dog exhaust.

Understanding that results and opinions are as subjective and varied as our respective derrieres are, I'm wondering how does it compare to the stock saddle from a Std. model and to Triumph's long distance touring saddle.

Have any of you out there been able to compare its fit and comfort against other aftermarket saddles?

So I took the baffles out. OMG!!! I like loud but I do not need to get pulled over by the Police. A friend could hear me faintly 3 miles down the road as I turned the throttle. I ended up pulling the packing out and putting the baffles back in. Thank you all for your advice.

so how does it sound with the packing out? with the baffels in ?is it a lot lounder then haveing the baffels in with the fiberglass rap?is it a big difference? is it a little deeper and louder?

It is a little quiter. It does not idle as loud. Deep? I do not have much to compare it to. I have not heard any other Rocket's with pipes. I will say when I had the baffles out I felt like Stallone in Cobra! I was running down the street feeling like I had a shotgun on my back. That is the kind of sound that resonates from this bike. Pure anger..............
