Its lonely around here.

I am looking for other Rocket riders around south eastern Massachusetts. I am on Cape Cod and I have only seen one other Rocket. That was back in May. A 2005 silver Rocket Roadster. Having the only Rocket is very rewarding, There are at least 15,000 Harleys and 10,000 metric V-twins around that I can eat for lunch. Any way the Cape has several good watering spots. And the Plymouth water front is a great destination for any one looking for some good grub and a few pints. Always looking for like minded riders, or at least another Rocket fan. I may not have the soundest mind around.
How far is Casco (ME) from you?. My mate Jim there has a Roadster. He does not forum much but we mail almost daily.

Wasn't that the name of a movie: Lonely in Cape Cod? I have always wanted to take the Rocket to Cape Cod! Don't feel too lonely, I took a 5 month trip from Maine to California and back this past winter, 11,700 miles and the only other R3 I saw was in Palm Springs Ca. And to be honest I really prefer it that way. I'm not exactly sure why but I'm guessing that a lot of Rocket Captains feel the same. So thanks to Barbagris for bringing your post to my attention and if you are ever up this way give me a shout and we'll go for a ride!

I've been too busy to ride these past weeks due to my work load and the heat. Was hoping to do a ride to P-Town in a week or two. Too many tourist out during the weekends and the traffic on the Cape can be brutal. I've been riding around here for ten years and have only meet two Rocket riders. Most of the Harley riders i know love the Rocket,it would be great to see three Rockets riding down Rt 3.

I am pretty flexible most of the time. I agree, weekends suck for riding on the Cape. Give me a day or two heads up and we can meet for a coffee around the Sagamore Bridge someplace and take a ride down 6A towards P-Town or up 3A to the Plymouth waterfront. I go up to the waterfront all the time, I love the Blue Eyed Crab for drinks and burgers. There is another Rocket guy in Plymouth too. I have a couple from Arizona that are going to be out here sometime around the 21st of August. He and his wife both have Rockets.
