Hang on - Idle speed is controlled by the ECU - based (iirc) on ambient temperature.
So unless the TPS sensor is F*cked - all you need is TuneECU and a cable.
Make sure you're not simply messing with a symptom rather than fixing an issue. Where are the ISCV gods?
