A few weeks ago I went on a short 200 mile day ride with what I was told was a group of spirited harleyyamahasuzuki riders. I was bored thru most of the ride as usual. At a gas station I was told we were coming to a curvy section so I told them I'd like to go first and would wait at the end. One if the fun loving guys told me if I could pass him I could go in front. (I literally laughed at him) We pulled out of the gas station with me directly beside him he takes off. I heard him clutch it for more takeoff, then i rolled into the throttle and the most perfect wheelie that let down gently just as I reached the first curve. Second curve I lost sight of everyone. Only about 15 miles of curves and then what seemed to be 10 minutes waiting. That guy told me he felt like he had been thoroughly humilated. All a good group that didn't really know what a rocket was.
