Only four weeks away!!!

The plan for Friday is simple for those that arrive that is.

If there is a group travelling up together give me a ring when you get to Gympie QLD.

I will travel to the highway south of Maryborough and meet you there to take you into Hervey Bay.

First and foremost we get you to the Caravan park and settled in.

Those captains that are definitely going to arrive Friday please post your name and how many in your party here so I can organise BBQ.

BBQ will consist of Sausages, Steaketes (Mince Patties), Coleslaw, Pasta Salad, Tomatoes, Onions, Lettuce. Depending on Wholesalers and local grocery specials we may be able to to include steak.

Cathy is at present contacting people she knows within the local wholesale fresh produce, to get us the best deal for our BBQ.

Don't want to sound like a prick but Cathy and I will need to know numbers that are arriving on Friday 14 no later than Friday 24th August.
 
I'm hoping it will be pretty much all of us on here who are going arriving together. I plan to be meeting up with Ponters, Malcy, Hanso etc and then joining TC, Mitch etc for the ride up to the Bay. Route was posted earlier.

Muswellbrook seems the most likely meeting place for us southerners and from there we'll head to Warwick (via Tamworth, Armidale, Tenterfield) where we will hook up with TC, Mitch and other Brissy boys. Then onto Hervey Bay. I'm happy to leave the route from Warwick to TC and will be great if you can come down to meet us. Arriving together would be grand.

Amanda's flying up on Friday. I'd like to collect her from the a/port if I can or she have to make her own way to the Happy Wanderer if timing doesn't work.

Malcy just you or with wife, girlfriend, boyfriend, or companion, sorry but for each captain need to No's to make sure no one goes hungry.


I thing plane gets in around 11 am so I doubt you blokes will be here by then, Cathy only to happy to pick the flying ladies up from the airport.

Looking forward to it Mitch, my apologies to all but I won't be able to ride down to the boarder and meet you guys will have plenty to do just to have every thing going off like clockwork for Saturday.
 
Just myself thanks Marty. Wife can't make this one unfortunately, just a wee bit too far.

Tell her not to worry it want be long and the RDU muster will be down your way, so she will be more than welcome then.
 
Gday Marty, I'll be arriving on friday with all the southerners. Rachelle will be there too.

Richard, Rachelle is flying up the day before I leave so will be up at The Bay from Monday. She is happy to pick Amanda up and chill with her whilst they await us. I see Cathy has also offered so whatever suits. Marty and Cath sound as though they have a bit on so if Amanda doesn't hate babies, she is most welcome to hang with Rachelle. Let me know either way is totally cool.

Hey talking of baby's hope there is an award for youngest RDU muster attendee! my spunky little punky will be meeting daddy up there!!!!
 

Plan is by Friday afternoon we will be in a bludging and drinking mode for a few hours.
