I have no garage to park it in (apartment) and I live near the beach (corrosion)...but I'm going to pull the trigger anyways

If you can't rent a neighbor's garage or nearby storage unit, at least get a good cover. Talk to @Claviger about corrosion protection. He lives in Hawaii and has a bit of experience with the Rocket in salt-air environments, I'm sure he'll be able to give you some advice. Send pics when you pull the trigger!
