guess i'll post this... i'll buy dinner friday or saturday... i have 40 lbs of pork shoulder and nachos fixin's... seems like that should hit all the food groups (except beer)... intent would be to throw the pork in the smoker and let it fend for itself whilst spending the day riding...
and if anyone wants to put in a beer order i am trailering and can pick up stuff on the way in...
