Handlebar risers

Here's a little fyi for you. I have just purchased a set of 50mm risers for the BMW r1800 in chrome. Now these are for 1" bars and are stepped but with a little skill with a angle grinder and some 5mm alloy or ss you can make them fit the R3 mine is a classic not sure about the other models if requested I will post some pics of the finished things. I picked up an extended clutch cable from venhil (1 1/2"longer i think) im not sure if the standard cable would reach if you re routed it?

Sometimes they work with reroute but a set ordered 1in longer to 1.5in longer is a goodway to go. Barnett state side or anyone that makes cable for the touring will make it, just say +1 or 1.5, they know stock length.
