New to this site, but not to the Rocket III. I've had my graphite since December 2006, live in Austin, TX, and suspect the bike will be the last bike I'll own. I freakin' love this ride because of the power, the presence, and the unique look.

You guys be safe.

You're not TOO far from me. I'm down here near San Antonio. Have you read about the New Ulm British and European rally? A few of us from this sight are meeting up there. Actually, we'll be staying at the Best Western in Brenham, but you're more than welcome to join us.

Nice area Austin, welcome to the site MikeRokkit, I was in San Antonio and Brian long ago. Last time through Tx was in 83' with my 62' falcon I guess that is a while ago too. Dang brain cells.:D

fat bottom girls rule

Welcome to the forum Captain. I'm right with you; having the same spirit about the Rocket III. A fellow Captain, met him today, ask how I liked the Rocket. I told him I wouldn't trade it for a shiny new black GMC Yukon like the one he was driving. He owns a Rocket III, and also Captains a Gulf Stream jet. I'd trade him even for it :D He had riden by the office a time or two, about 18 months ago. His was the first RIII I'd seen on the road. That visual was all it took for me go into the deep end and choose my fat bottom girl.

Hey There Mike. Long time no see!

Hey There Mike! Haven't seen or heard from you in ages. I was thinking I knew you from both sites. But guess I was wrong. Be Sure and check out the Rockets Across America in September also. That one is kind of an exclusive to this site I think. Do you still go to Luckenbach sometimes? Maybe Bear and I will see you there again.:D

PS I will vouch for you with this roudy bunch over here. ha ha:D:eek:

Welcome, I cruz down to Lone Star Triumph every now again just to pick up a few goodies, it's like a candy store for me. I'm about 2.5 hours from you.
