Gear grind

If I'm "on it" catching gears it doesn't grind. But if I'm say, weaving in an out of traffic and stay off throttle for a second, then upshift it will grind a little or clunk, or a combination of both. Again I think it's lack of flywheel effect.

If I downshift too slow (being a bit lazy) I might get a grind - tho not really a grind but a type of bounce in the selector, I would then up shift release the clutch then down shift again then it's all good.

Mine does it about 80% of the time switching to 4th, only probably 10% switching to 2nd if over 3k rpm no matter if I'm getting on it or if I let off the throttle and let the engine wind down a bit. Slightly annoying, hate to take it back to the dealer but with the season ending soon I think it would be good idea especially with my warranty ending march on next year.
