Have you done USD cartridge forks before? - Just saying as decent springs will be a blighter to compress ALONE.

I have taken apart a fair few forks. I was glad I took my R3 forks to a suspension guy.
TBH it's a good time to change seals etc whilst you're at it. OHLINS do some UPGRADE seals - not much more expensive.

There are some Cheap and Cheerful mods you can do to improve the hydraulics a bit too.

Makes the job one handed and dare I say it , quite enjoyable !

Chat with Jon at Digital Speedos. He's remarkably direct and has even pointed me at other niche suppliers if he has no solution. He did a Water Temp Guage for R3's - would just be a different sensor.
