Finally finished my rear rack/panniers build in preparation for my road trip in a weeks time. The oval number plates are to hide the racks when I have no bags fitted but still have the racks on. The whole assembly can be removed with 4 bolts and 2 screws similar to the factory panniers and sissy bar. The tail bag doubles as a tank bag allowing a duffel bag to go across the back. Have also modded the baffle in the CW Exhaust which definitely reduces the obnoxious factor of the exhaust.

The racks are custom, built on the same mounting method as the Hepco & Becker panniers however I have modified these with the SW-Motech mounting hardware. To this I have mounted Burley Brand bags to round out the look.

I especially like the luggage rack. Can you give some more info on that, please.
If your referring to the rack over the guard, I’m running a stainless threaded sleeve up through the silver trim on the back that are also the nuts for the pannier brackets. From there I have a custom stainless cage to keep the rack off the fender and then bolt the stock luggage rack to the frame. All designed to operate around a single sea.
