Had this problem since I got the bike but its a pain now in the cold weather, I have no increase in the idle when I start from cold so it wont keep going till its warmed up a bit, the fast idle unit is moving out when I turn on but returns to the original position straight away so its not holding the throttle open. Anyway I have removed the unit and taken it apart and bolloxed it in the process so have ordered a new one, £115, so its getting a new one now. Anyone had this, and could it be something else when I get the new unit fitted?
