Fall '09- Rocket launch - Maggie Valley

Let's see if this can be done to please the masses mutiple areas can be planned all with the same meaning instead of every one trying to use the same ride name all be it we still need a yearly ride but for what we are talking about here how about " Rocket Invasions " smaller regional events. The mountains of Nc Tn and Ga as a regional invasions and the Midwest and so on as other invasions throughout the year this would give everyone the best options to make it out at least once a year
 
Sounds good to me Steve......I was kind of hoping I could get someone to wash my bike for me....Lil duke said he would do it before for 5 bucks.....I think it would be worth it if he details it too....
 
Good point wildrooster instead on highjacking the RAA name which is an annual event we should call these additional gathering something else. Any suggestions I am sure Pig9r would not mind renaming the thread if possible.

Now it's starting to sound like it's a mission go. Now the hardest part and I am sure people will step up to start and plan the events in each area
 
Ok guys I think we have our dates September 25th - 28th - I need to get a rough head count before the weekend so I can block out the rooms. I will be working out the food, Tent and lodging pricing over the next week or so and will keep every one informed as things progress.

I will be adding a ride for friday for those that want to get there a day early.

Sounds like we should rename this thread to Fall Rocket launch - Maggie Valley NC. Pig9r or Tom is that something you can do or would it be easier for me to start a new thread.
