Excuse me if it is a repost,but I liked the look of these billet swingarms for the R3 out of Sydney.
Has anyone here dared to order one yet?
Forks and calipers are pretty cool as well.

On the - errmm - "other" site, someone priced that swingarm at eleven grand.

I used them for my fork & triple clamps + rearsets. They take forever, & very expensive.Stuff is good tho.

I think so,I probably didnt look close enough. I think I was drooling over the exhaust

The "yarn" is that the guy who had the swingarm made is from banana-bender territory and has spent something like $240,000 on his Rocket. Whether it's a show-bike or ride, I dunno. Bones might know?

I also wonder about that swingarm as a useage-item.... machined from a solid billet of 100mm aluminium... how strong would that be?? Lots of stresses on a swingarm....

Yeah I've seen his bike when he was using the same mechanic as I did..bit of a saga there tho... parted on bad terms.He had pistons cast from impressions.. cost him WAY more than Carpenter.. also he did an electronic quickshifter ( very expensive) & painted the whole bike in Aliens theme.Looked great!
