error code: P1105 map sensor

Did you try to clear the error code and see if it comes back?
The book does not say there is anthing more then the vac lines I think I would change them anyway sense your in there and then clear the code and see if she holds. If not then I would change the Map sensor. If its on back order or ungodly priced I would buy a used one from Pinwalls.

Clearing the code won't fix the rough idol that started about 120 miles before check ingine light came on. The map sensor is 100$ and dealer said 3 days which probably means 2 weeks. Sure wish I was made of money, I would order the triple k&n's with the map sensor. I'm thinking I'll order the senser, im waiting to hear from a tech in service department at dealer and see what he thinks. Thanks man I'll let you know

mechanic at triumph says he's almost sure it's a 02 sensor I told him everything I told you and he said that the code doesn't match up or something, he wanted me to bring it in so he could run a free scan but it's in pieces and I already cleared the code. If it is the 02 sensor I was wondering if I could just plug in a o2 sensor elimanator, since it is only 20$ and a o2 sensor is 200$. Any thoughts my man?

If you have Tune boy or tune ecu just shut the senmor off. This is done by unchecking the sensor and saving it under another name or on the same tune then reload it. You can unplug it or not it will not matter except if you leave it in the pipe without it being turned on it will definetly go bad. I left mine as the bung plug sense I have no need for it. I think its a 18mm thread on it in case ytou want to by a plug (oil Pan) to put in its place.
Also I am not sure if your a member of the .com site you can find a post made by Bishop and in his signature line you can down load the manual. It covers the Classic, Standard, and R3T

I put her all back together and thank the good Lord she's running great, didn't do anything other than take off the hoses and check them and crimped some of the leads and cleared code. Thanks for all the help WARP.
