Engine runs great at low ambient temp but runs pretty rough at high ambient temp

will try 12min 'force adapt 'tomorrow ..it definelty seems to run lean similar to when I had vaccum leaks on carburetted bikes before.

I have been fighting the same issue. I'll make a change to the mapping and download it. The bike runs great and then somewhere during the ride, usually as the day gets hotter, it seems like the ecu reverts back to a previous map. Serious popping out the throttle body and backfiring on decel. The only problem is that it doesn't change back the next day when the engine and air temps are cooler. I have to download the tune again to compensate. At this point I'm convinced it's a sensor issue since I've been all over the t.b gaskets, etc. Will start with the intake air temp and work from there. Good luck and welcome from Pennsylvania.

It happened two more times since my last post on 7/24. Reload the map and running fine till somewhere along the way while stopped and idling, the rpms suddenly drop ever so slightly and BAM it's like the ECU just loaded the previous map. Popping on decel is incredible. It will stay this way till I reload the map again.
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Sounds like a corrupt map maybe.. I did have similar problem when I was trying different maps I had downloaded and saved.. I didnt know if it was the PCv AT or the ECU.
I changed to a totally different map and it was OK after, still not sure why it happens though.
