engine cuts out

I have a recurring problem with my rocket, for no apparent reason it will just drop out the fuel pick up and totally shutdown.
It will do this totally randomly,i believe the fault is in the bottom plug to the ECU because it will reboot and pick up the fuel and go as it should if i reach down and wiggle the plug just a little. My dealer replaced the ignition switch but has not rectified problem.
I feel it has to be a dry joint or a bad contact, I have cleaned it as best I can with both WD 40,Electronic contact cleaner etc. Has anyone any more ideas I can try.
Other than this problem the Rocket has been the best motorcycle I have ever had.

Use a circuit tester on the suspected junction and see if wiggling it opens the circuit. The dealer replacing parts doesn't mean they found the problem.

While on RAA VI I had what seems like a simular problem. I would be riding along and the bike shut down. It would go through the nornal sweep and keep running. Fuel light would come on sometimes also. Took it to Ashville and they saw an arcing in the harness. They bypassed the haerness with one wire and fixed the problem. I have taken the bike to my dealer here and they need to look at it to see if this is a proper fix.

A good preventative procedure is to fill ALL the molex and snap connectors with di-electric grease. That's SOP on every bike I own....and I have a few.
