Want to Buy Dobeck GEN 4

Jeezuss, everyone wants the unobtainable don't they? ;):p:D
You are 100% tight. When you want it you can't get it, but when as soon as you stop wanting it you can get
Ok, does anyone have a Power Commander for sale??

My tune target would be acceleration and consumption as twice a year I do long trips to continent with average of 5000km per trip the consumption would be as much important as acceleration. My question is would be possible to construct two different ECU MAPS one for acceleration and another one for consumption and say when I go on the long trips upload CONSUMPTION map via Tune ECU and for local riding use the acceleration map?
Don't see why not. I have a "MoT pass map" and a "usable map".

With a PCV you can load two maps in and simply flip a switch.
You can also simply have a map for each gear - Just leave top conservative for fuel. Drop to 4th for thrashing. You probably will anyway.

One of these days I have to create a RAIN set of maps.

Map for each gear sounds interesting. Can I ask you how do you test maps you making? By putting on the Dyno or just taking bike for a spin?

Don't you have a laminator at work?:D
We do - but sadly makes the maps too rigid to force down the wires. Just wont load.

Rain maps would probably be based on the R3T or early German/French restricted power maps. The issue is changing both ECU and PCV maps simultaneously. Not an "on the fly" option. Though it COULD be if one had TuneBoy I think.

My major complaint with all this software is that I don't use WYNDOWZE generally. I have a small netbook reserved for the R3 but some of the PCV software needs a bigger screen. Ideal would be several screens open at once - TUNEECU-PCV-WINPEP - would need more USB ports than the netbook has too. Time to re-purpose something.
