Dignity Wall at Rose Hills Whittier: March 21st and March 30th

From: Carol L. Olmstead, Proud Daughter of WW II Veteran

For those of you who aren’t familiar with the Dignity Wall travelling museum: It’s a ¾ scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC.

We are bringing the Dignity Wall to Rose Hills in Whittier, CA, on March 21st.

The escort will start from the Patton Museum at about 8:30 AM to Rose Hills in Whittier.

I do not have firm times as of this moment as I am waiting for arrival time of the truck from Tennessee.

Whittier wants the Wall to be there by 2 PM.

Rose Hills will provide lunch for all those escorting the Wall.

Rose Hills would also like to have the Wall escorted out on the 31st.

The Wall will be dissembled at 9AM and the escort out can be as far as someone would like to escort it.

The Wall at this time will be going back to Tennessee.

It may detour thru San Diego but that has not been confirmed as of this time.

As soon as I have additional information I will get it to you immediately.

If anyone has any questions please tell them to feel free to contact Carol L. Olmstead at (805) 368-7586.

Flyer attached.
