Cutting Down The Bear Claw

Hi y'all,

I'm about to cut down my bear claw to fit over some tripple K&N's and would kindly ask you to post phots of your cut down bear claws.... so I can either rip off your ideas completely or at least bastardise it. :twisted:

Seriously though, I'm sure it will help people thinking about doing the same this to get ideas especially as most rocket photos are taken from the opposite/right hand side.
 

You can either cut it down or buy a carbon fibre one already cut down!

The carbon ones look prety cool. Esp on the black bike posted by native one. I found this on the carbon site.
 
I know this one has no claw but posted just so people can see it anyway.
 
Any one got any photos of bear claws that the have cut down themselves so I can take the dremel to mine???
 
I cut mine following the indentations and it still cuts into the third filter.

Of course I was drinking at the time.

FYI - The indentations don't quite line up with the filters.

I used a dremmel (not recommended...took forever)

When I take mine off to repaint it, I'm just going to follow the upper curve.
