Crash Guard saves the day!!!

Stumbled into it maybe, pushed it over, I am certain I would have wound up behind bars. Glad the crash bars worked and you were able to maintain some sense of self control.

50 mph wind, I foolishly left the cover on it.

The right side "motorguard" kept my leg from being crushed, mushed, mangled last month when the "ferner"* decided to turn left into my right side. It did take out my radiator and rfoot peg (but not my leg).

*ferner: East Texas term for foreigner

Dang Tripps, that breaks me heart brother. I park mine (with cover) between two other vehicles so it it does tip, it can't fall all the way over.

Stripes, what is the outcome of the side swippin' with the ferner? Is your bike all healthy again?

What the wind blew it over  What was it :thumbsdown:one of those twisters you get over there

I've had mine blown over once here is KS. Wasn't a twister, but 70mph straight winds. Was parked on a flat level surface. Happened about a week after I installed crash bars and I was glad to have them.

Hell...I thought u were supposed to park them that way :oops:. I used that side stand thingy for a while but it kept killing the engine. Now I just do like when I was a kid with a push bike...ride up and get off and when I come out of the bar she's still layin right where I left her :whitstling::whitstling:
