Just paid for actual performance. And (strictly between us) doing it --or, at least, getting into it-- for the FUN of it.
Think of it this way. You are in the slim 5% of the working population in the civilized world, that is, working and getting paid for it and ENJOYING it.
That is, why I'm not ready to retire, I LIKE what I do. Besides, I still have people to pis* off yet.
