That is correct. Only you gather all years ive been sticking with the years if color's and older electronics. All this can bus malarkey seems to create more problems then its worth IMO not saying I wont get a roadster just still have to aquire some earlier ckassics first
 
Congratulations on the new bike! You got a hell of a deal. i am hoping my 2015 will last until the new Rocket with 2800cc, sixth gear, and cruise control comes out. If something like that does come out I am buying one guarenteed.
